Several sources reported to me that you were putting out my photography as your stock photos. Either these reports are incorrect or you have committed breached the most fundamental ethical tenat of the creative world; claiming someone elses work as your own.
If this is true, you do not deserve to continue to be a member of DA, for your work holds no credibility from this point forward - plus I will be speaking with my lawyer to determine what my options are in terms of seeking compensation from you for this offense.
if there are anymore photo's in your gallery that belong to other people and the photographs are not of you-or taken by you it is mandatory you remove them. It is a common misconception that everything on the internet is "free use" it's not. these must be removed, if it requires removing the whole account so be it, and I think you owe people an aplogy who have used "your" stock photos in deviations and now have to remove them because they are using COPYWRIGHTEN images. Also- appoligise to the guy you ripped off, he is kind enough to inform others that it is ok now that they have been trick into using this stuff is stock and is not making them take it down. It's not fair to him, but he is doing a good deed. I seriously hope you get banned for this.

Hi there, I am the one who brought this to attention- I don't know if you go on DA, or if you have just made an account because of this ripper, but if you want to look through his gallery you can report rips on anything else that is yours, I reported some rips already, but there is one photo of a girl in there still that I do not think is his. Anyways, sorry this guy ripped you off, it really sucks. Plus- now that he is offered it as stock he has allowed others to use work that is not his, you may want to gather some links to deviations using his stock, and ask those people to take there stuff down, it's really a big burn to the community, but unfortuatly it is not fair that they keep your stuff up, even if it is manipulated. If you need help doing so I am willing to help.
